The Catholic funeral rites are designed to give thanks to God for the gift that the life of your deceased loved one was, and to bring hope and consolation to those who remain. The Director (with the help of the Funeral Booklet) will assist you in choosing the Scripture readings and music for the funeral Mass and invite you to share some memories of your loved one. I suggest you take some time in advance to review the booklet and consider your choices for Scripture readings, music, and participation in the Mass by friends and family members.
